i have a VPN now and whenever i try to get a installer of the pso2 jp, i got access denied

as you can see, this is what i get, even if i use IDM to get it, it wont get download cuz of this...

i did that, but the tweaker will launch the game even if its not fully downloaded, it wont continue downloading

i got an error on using pso2 tweaker, so i delete it and re install, now it wont re download...

how to redownload the full game???

is there a manual patch for PSO2(non SEA version)?

everytime i search for it, all i get is a manual patch for the SEA version..
