Depending on what type of weapon you are using each hit has a % of giving back exp:
* 25%: Shield
* 20%: Saber, Laser Cannon
* 15%: Daggers, Spear, Claw, Handgun, Gunblade, Bazooka,...

You will not get exp each hit.

In case you didn't know, healing traps also revives you if you die.

Anyone that can use a Gunblade and a Handgun or a mechgun can use that glitch, so it's not Rangers only. I don't like to use it however, and don't like to play with players that use it.

With the X element you get a % of the damage you deal back as EXP.
I think it's 20% for lvl 1, 24% for lvl 2, 28% for lvl 3, 32% for lvl 4 and 36% for lvl 5.

I remember some FO using a Chaos slicer at SH Dark Falz and just 10 secs or so after I had used Jellen and Zalure on him, he got a Shifta and deband instead.

If a normal (not 10 meseta rare) weapon already have an element with, let's say a level 4 Heat and you want Celeb, just use a celeb element on it and it becomes celeb lvl 4.
