Is Phobos strong enough to replace Atra rod or should I stay and wait for Phobos buffs?

So I have Atra Rod with S4 EC and now have Motav 14*. Do I need to get EPD or can I run with the Atra Rod I made ages ago and still have a top tier Force Rod?

From what I gather, it's possible EPD/S4 abilities will be increased further to keep the same leveled playing field as before. I don't think they would shrink the gap so much without making EPD/S4...

FoTe with ice masteries looks solid. I do 31k headshots with uncrafted barta and overall the ability to 5 diff. elemental masteries makes me more efficient for quests with multiple element bosses and...

1. Fire spam cuz of Fire Tech Charge
2. Light all around good aka Darkers mostly
3. Dark cuz of boosting fomelgion w/ fire mastery

Is the Las Vegas rod even worth getting If I already have 3 of em atm? And does rod shoot from skill tree, shoot projectile from Vegas rod stack? Or should I go straight Straight atm.

With the new Astra rod and tails, should I go for max 35+ grind or just go for max elemeny and try for multiple 60 element Astra force weps?

Already have orbit tails with lvl 3 pot for fast pp recharge and I have all rod and tail elements at 60. I was just looking to upgrade the ares one and wasn't sure which of the 2 rods I should go for.

Which element for orbit tails I have quotz lithos for lightning, a card revolucio for possibly ice, nemesis for light, making a ray tails for dark as well. Is fire a good element for it?
