True, but it should've been obvious if they boosted off element conversion while keeping atra/epds specials the same then off element damage for them would be higher than on element damage.

I found that using ra fomel with killing bonus ring on tokyo key to be funny and that's it. These simple coms need to be looked over. I dont see anyone use them at all.

By the time you save 10 pp from tech casting wouldn't it offset the difference with 10pp every 4 secs? Still... photon reduction is a lot cheaper anyway.

That depends on the mob. Lets say you hit a Goldie weak point with rafoie. Hitting above 50K should be easy with decent gear. Other mobs will not be the same so picking a minimum will vary greatly.
