Positive once the mag's name is in gold letters it does not change again.. there are a few excpetions that being the Sega System Mags which are all rare mag cells and you can also change Devil Wings...

Well as far as I know once a Mag is rare IE: it's name is in gold it does not change again. No matter what you feed it. And if you want to see how to feed it right look here :

I have found it.. took awhile but that is the correct drop and level.

Pyscho Wand : All RA Techs + 30% Damage and 1/2 TP Cost but the other that saving comes out of your HP.

So if a tech used say 50 TP you would use 25 TP and lost 25 HP.. make sense?

Trust me that is no worse then some of my bad luck during the St. Rappy hunt. 200 Runs to see the first one and it dropped nothing. All I can say is chin up it will get better...

I have seen Love rappys like only twice in normal mode. So I don't know how that will effect you finding Easter Rappys online in normal.. but I am sure they are there.

Psycho Wand is best for FOnewm and the Sorceror Cane is best for FOmar at least that is how I see it. And I am not a fan at all of any of the "Dark" weapons.

Mechs may be rare but you will get some good things you can trade for a nice par of L&K's or better yet just buy some 50% hit Gats from the shop when you get to the higher levels.

With those choices I would say Oran, but Skyly would be even better as you find lots of sword weapons. Plus Skyly finds all the Double Saber class weapons.

Pdrops are good for a lot of things.. but I don't know about letting my Guard Wave go for them. Do you have a list at all I can look at?
