Is it possible to unlink a PS4 account from PSO2. That is currently banned, if so how & once unlinked can a new JPN PSN be linked to the same PSO2 account afterwards?

So on the PSO2es I get this & i did what i needed in order for it to resend me a code & what not yet i get no email or anything?
