Yeah. It was on my billing from the last billing period, 30 days after I first started using AWS. It charges your credit card automatically, so look into your billing history to see that.

I believe it resets a month after you first started the instance. I have no idea where to check how much GB transfer you have left; I have yet to receive a response to my inquiry for that from Amazon...
