If you do decide to report the player in question, I wouldn't attach the screenshots you've taken. It'll be clear that you used the English patch and that would raise some red flags.

I truly miss the beautiful, planetary lobbies in PSU more than anything. It offered a great environment to take a break and chat with friends in-game.
