when i do that i get full screen and i can't acces the bar at all :-(

My Pso2 tweaker used to be on fake full screen but i took some screenshots in full screen and now i don't know how to bring back the fake full screen.
Why i want that one? because i also talk on...

I kknow his id but when i search under player's ID it shows 0 and also his name doesn't appear in the friends search list so how else can i block him? he is spamming me and harrasing me..:-(

The people from my guild change their names and id often so how do i change mine?
