If the "unique" weapons would come in an element, look unique, or hit an additional target like the weapons we expected. I would have less of a problem with them.

You only get the rare mission on the character you ran the mission on and got it. They fixed that I believe when they fixed the rare mission tag or slightly before.(maybe)

I don't pick them up. 9K board isn't worth the time to trade it in.
