My boots are affixed with 125 S-Attack and my units each have around 100.
All my PAs are 17 and I've capped every class that gives S-Attack.

Yet my 250k Vinto looks really low in comparison ;; ....

I thought vinto used the element you charged your boots with and not its base element so would having the correct 13* element boots matter?

I personally think HU/BR is pretty good.
I take average stance for regular mobs and weak stance for bosses.

Average stance ensures that even if you hit a mob of enemies you get the bonus damage %...
