MAGs only learn PBs at levels 10, 35 and 50. If you want it purely for the PB and it's already level 50, you'll need to start again. It will become a Ushashu at level 55 with the appropriate stats...

there are a few enemies that are really weak to Grants, like Hildelts. If you can get a Merc Rod or Caduceus, Grants is great against them. plus, it has a large range so you can sometimes get them...
