Pretty much this. I've used the tweaker since I've started playing the game, and I've never had any kind of serious issues with patches or updates. It seriously simplifies your life.

Basically just from the top of my head...here we go! The only ones that are in any particular order are basically #1 & #2. LOL!

I've had this issue twice now where i have the item translation checked off, but it doesn't translate in the game; and honestly what I've done both times to fix it...was just re-launch...

Re-update your game version to Vanilla PSO2(No English Patches), and then just don't apply the English large Files. Story files, item translation and English patch still work so you can use those....
