sometimes its not whether expert has been cleared or not.

you can have the best gear and played the quest or EQ alot , cleared expert etc and still end up ko-ing alot.

yup. This game is a great game but not the people. How can you call it an MPA , Teamwork when no one and I mean no one wants to ress the dead.

hmm. PH tree skill. short tech charge. At level 5 : charge time -50%. tech Power down 30%. PP usage down 30%
S5: instant cast : tech power down -40% charge time -100% aka instant

so i guess I am safe then cause techs will not count as a normal attack unless they count the smack back from Phantom after a Tech is casted.
