no, you only need to do ep3 to the point it forces xiao to appear, then just go to talk to him picking the 2nd option. then mb 17 will magically appear

i had this problem as well... i had to pick the ep3 mb, do the first event to force xaio to appear, then when he wasnt hiding from me, choose the 2nd option when you go to talk to him

its done, but its being really stubborn about letting itself actually be updated

the thing is, i have a txt with the translation for f-5 on my hd that i was ready to hand aida, but she said she already had it done :-(

they dont sub with em, its generally used when a group that uses softsubs needs to release a v2 so the leechers dont have to redownload the entire thing again

ok, looking at the newest patch notes on the tweaker says the old way to story patch was removed, yet the tweaker still shows both old and new method options.....

yeah i think theres something wrong, i had the same issue on my main computer, repeatedly restored to vanilla and the trans-am would finish instantly and in game hitting any of the event chronicals...

its possibly because you have the hosts set to read-only... i was getting that error as well, until i told spybot search and destroy to take hosts off read-only
