I enjoy Riding Quests a bunch.
Rideroid controls are super unintuitive, tho I personally mostly blame the horrid turning speed. Much better once you get the hang of boosting.

Personalities can be changed by going to the rarity upgrade menu. Pets of the same or superior rarity can be used, you choose the personality between the pet/egg available.
