Absolutely,but you need it at +35.
Its 13% unconditional damage and the SAF is 5% on enemies effected by jellen. Jellen is guarenteed on anything,even bosses,so its just a flat 18% damage modifier....

Does anyone know the percentage of your maximum hp an attack needs to do before hero bonus is reset?
Ive heard 10,15 and 20% being thrown around and im sure its 20% but i need confirmation.

Since SEGA released Qliph its been unstoppable due to its double affix potent,there really hasnt been reason to seriously work...

So,I decided to keep the bullet kunai.
Testing around with it,the counters a massive AoE,like ridiculously stupid.
On an oodan i hit roughly 70k
They're +32 (35 cap unlocked)
Have 70 R-atk on...

They're perfectly fine for a starter affix.

You have by default a decent amount of PP and HP,so honestly work on your...

Does the talis Racer Edge x2 + Normal rotation do more damage than Sword PA rotations on a single target?
