People who complain about PSO2 not running on Windows 10 probably have fried potatoes for PCs or something among those. I'm running it just fine without any problems whatsoever.

I encountered this problem before, when I was doing a clean PSO2 installation on Windows 10. In my case, it turns out that the launcher had everything set to lowest, so I had to turn them up for PSO2...
