I've tried both methods of launching the launcher/game through BPM and having Steam minimised then opening the launcher/game from the desktop.

Can I get some help setting up the Steam Controller to work with PSO2? (PSO2 is in windowed mode w/ vanilla JP launcher, and I have Steam set to Admin mode)

It only seems to see my desktop binding...

It's probably not just about translating it, it's how do they localise all the events and stuff that are Japanese centric.
