No it's not. The dex% on PAs is for damage variance. It's really simple to test that dex doesn't increase max damage. A shunka with 0 s.atk on mag will crit for the amount as a shunka with a 175 dex...

Normal AC scratch. Gold is a waste of money since it only gives costumes and they usually end up being the cheapest things. Accessories and full protects/boosts/etc are the money makers.

1-5 is easy to farm and drops all three 11* weapons. With 250% and 100% boost day it was around 80 stones a run.
