what do you have to do for this? its in japanese and I cant read it

when I try to connect without pso proxy/pingzapper at all the ships still appear as green and I still get the same error

well I finally managed to log on
then I signed off pso2 to change my graphics options and now its the same deal again

whenever im on ship select it just gives me that stupid server connection...

it gives me the connection timed out when I select the ship

any help?

I had to change hard drives recently so I reinstalled pso but now when I sign on I cant sign on pso2 like pingzapper isnt working properly
