how do you fix pso.exe problems. i did the troubleshoot but it still stops the game with problems

when i go to launch the game it starts but then it has to close because it says something went wrong with the pso exe. i did the troubleshoot to fix it but it still does the same thing.

ya that was my problem. but now it during character select the character doesnt pop up. and when the game started i could move around and do everything, but there was no visable character.

nvm i figured it out, but why isnt everything in english?

so i got the game to launch, but could someone translate this please.

Thanks for all the info guys, i just found my radam soul... now if i can just find a Ainsraiffe.

Ive been doing ton of valley runs trying to find a Ainsraiffe, but its been days and i have yet to find one, so i decided to do a tower run and try and find a radam soul.

I was just wondering if finding a radam soul in the eternal tower is rare cause i cant seem to find one.

k, thx for the help... what about the gigas romulus is that hard to find because it says any enemy in eternal tower can find it?

So right now im a level 74 hucast, and im struggling with killing things fast enough... it feels like every creature in super hard just doesnt want to die. ive been trying to find a good level 7...
