I beat him at lvl16, all i did was attack his legs with some twin sabers and he didnt really pose much of a threat untill he spun, which he only did 1ce. Use he weakness and just attack his legs....

Drops are fine one there...if i know what server your playing on. I believe the only known bugged drop is love rappy...never drops ANYTHING.

So i was looking through the drop charts for PSU and realized that there arn't any for Offline PSU, only online. I myself cannot play online at the moment and would love to see some offline drop...

The only way to stop rares from dropping is by having a mag thats over lvl 200, or by haveing stacked items. Which means having more than 10x of that item, besides PDs. Having a duped or hacked...

The answer to the second question is no....its a cool thought but no. Ive never found one either but i've seen people use them. They're awsome rare collecters and fun to just play with...like dancing...
