OK well a release version of the tool is out. I can't link it here though. It's out on psumods. I repeat however, that the process is a technical one.
Thanks for this. It's a tool that converts internal NPC data into a character creator file. It's not quite ready for public release yet and even with it the process is pretty technical heh.
