If the tweaker added the option to hide the remove/restore options, could it also shrink the giant blank spot that it leaves behind? Or integrate the sidebar into the blank spot?

I have the 3/12 story patch and I want to update it to 4/23 in the tweaker, but it only offers to download a whole new patch. Why can't I update from 3/12 -> 4/23?
