Here off and on, as always.
DVD's and CD's both. It's just the way distribution companies prefer to do things. I'm not sure entirely why, other than the fact that it makes it easier to make sure you got all the right ones if...
Some places do have it today, but it's fairly well known among the true gamers or hardcore gamers that games typically come out on Wednesday and sometimes Thursday.
It doesn't look like Best Buy will be carrying the PC version at all, but will have 360 and PS2 versions tomorrow.
I figured on beasts mostly because they're new; kind of a novelty to the series. Personally, I just like rolling as a cast.
While I personally wouldn't use it, I could see someone else using it. With some of the parts options it could end up looking good.
Actually, CD's, DVD's, and some games do come with a note printed on the box that says something like "Street Dated Material Inside: Do Not Sell, Rent, or Display Until Street Date"
The thread wasn't meant for flamebait, it's what people turned it into. The OP was offering an honest opinion based on their observations and the posts following got riddled with biased responces.
My store had one of the Tekken games (5?) in about 2 weeks before release, and since it wasn't street dated it went right on the shelf. It's very rare if we ever have a game in by Tuesday, and only...
It's street dated, so technically they can't sell it until Tuesday.
Again, only for you. Being a PC and console gamer I can easily switch between my 2 main systems comfortably. My chair is very comfortable for sitting in for long periods of time and I can always play...
PC users can voicechat too, most of them already are prepared for that. Not all 360 owners have a wireless controller, and with bluetooth and such wireless controllers are becoming possible for PC's....
I don't think the original poster was trying to convince anyone to buy a 360, the whole "own them all and not sure what to play on" part kinda tipped me off to that. I've never supported buying a...
Actually, the official release date is the 24th, which means IF anyone by chance does have it that day they can go ahead and sell it with no fear of punishment.
Snappu commited suicide? Damn, he/she/whatever was one of the coolest.
All 4 for me, I'll just be focusing mainly on my cast and newman.
Depends on the store. Walmart puts computer titles in a glass case now. Best Buy only cases up console games priced above $20 and expensive software (Photoshop, Windows XP...)
I'm pretty sure we will. I'll have to double check on that tomorrow.
How sad... I hope it wasn't anyone I liked.
Typically games don't come out on a Tuesday except for major releases (Madden, Halo, and a few other titles that are sure to sell millions on day one). Best Buy will have it Wednesday.
Modding PSOW is deadly? Who'd we lose?
360, the only other person that I personally know getting this game will be on 360 also... if I could just hear back from some of my old friends and some other PSOW vets...

It's me...
I've liked it so far, it's an improvement over 6 as far as I'm concerned.
Might work.
