Once I had the Tranmizer in one of the mines missions spawn in the 2nd area instead of the the third. We beat it and quest cleared and then went to the end and nothing was there.

Just throwing it out there that I used my real address in Japan with my American credit card and still got the refund so I think it's all foreign cards.

You probably mean "dagan" (the spidery things) and not dragon. It's one of the first quests you get

If you go in the game and hover your mouse over the ships, any one that is currently not accepting new character creations will say このシップは混雑のため...(something- i cant remember the rest off-hand)....

For me, that was solved by switching to simple shaders. Makes the game look quite a bit worse but it's better than not being able to play at all.

Just a heads up to everyone- character creation in ships 1-5 is locked again.
