I somehow fixed it. In the plugin section i setup a key for closing up the items translation and for some reason after that I was able to disable the box for the item translator.

Since the Item translation is currently being worked on, we have to un-check the Item Translation button from the plugin but every time I try my tweaker crashes. Although I am in no rush to fix this...
