Just taking the English translation at face value since it says "Boosts the effect of Fury Stance by 3%" rather than "Increases damage (or attack power) by 3% when in Fury Stance".

I think Fury Stance's does, but not JA Bonus. Enraged Stance makes Fury Stance into a 1.28 bonus, while Immediate Strike is a separate 1.05 bonus making it even better.
