Someone recommend me a team, back since the I.P. Glitch I've had issues connecting, got it fixed now though.

What are badges and what are they used for? Oh and how do you get them someone answer as soon as possible please.

I have a few:

(1). Is a team essentially like a guild? If so does anyone know any english/friendly ones?

(2). How do I get badges (Preferably the silver ones)?
