well thats because full vegas soul turns into act,till,magi souls if paired with a free field boss soul (ex fang banther quartz dragon zeshrayda etc minibosses dont count) act till magi give same...

if its on anthesis trainer potential then theres very little difference between 30 atk and phrase weak (basically phrase weak only becomes worth it at 7x on qliphad/zein)

meta on units is having a good balance of atk pp hp depending on class.. as for weapons (specifically zein/qliphad) go crazy with the atk and get the hp/pp from things like a factor, a good soul....

qliphad is extremely close to full power gix assuming you dont cheap out on affixes but is always active
