Oops. Sorry for late reply. I figured out what was the problem. One missing ep3 quest title was blocking the main arks mission to progress. Once done I got the 2 missing ones ;-)

So, about Leontina certificate B. Got the EP6 one but not the EP5 ones despite to have cleared it long ago. I did again the quests parts just to be 100% sure everything was S ranked. Got noting still...

It seems the (nerfed) Ares pot is selected by default (5% base and 7% when PB full). I had to change potential once conversion was done. Nemesis and Slave are 9%.

Try the tweaker fix gameguard issues. I had/have problem like this from time to time for unknown reasons.
