Don't feel bad, the Yiel Line isn't that great. You're much better off with a Yiel Senba or a Rabol Yiel.

About the best I did today was get a photon code doing MAX 1 S and get Force up to level 22. I also found a bunch of terrible rares, picked up another armor for my soon to be alt, got a level 30...

Try the client orders. I forget which person gives it to you though.

Leveling classes doesn't slow down at 15. It slows down at 19~20. It slows down to a crawl at 21 and doesn't get much better even if you are doing the good TP missions.
