Would you recommend Te/Hu anyway, or does this change your perception/preference on Te/Hu vs Te/Fi or Br assuming those simple compounds are as weak as I'm told they are (even in the hands of Fo/Te)?...

There are titles for filling up the weapon pokedex enough (the library you can check at the visophone) belonging on classes.

Eg: collect X amount of swords, WLs, and partisans total to gain 10%...

Also, mid combat buffing is actually made even less necessary by being a Te thanks to 3 minute buffs, which does concentrated craft no favors in terms of actually having a point to it.

Technically, you get each tick of a buff from multi 30% faster, which saves more time than the concentrated, even at it's best .45 second cast time reduction, and you'd still need to stand in it for...
