How? I mean TeBr meaning you have more damage on Wand Explosion + the damage boost from Weak Stance for Folmegion. Sure maybe it's weaker than TeFi when chase is active but shouldn't it be better...

Maybe lowering your graphic setting a bit. It could help in some ways. Else you just need more practice or maybe orbit wand/talis to couple with pp convert for your pp problem.
