So I just wanted to update by saying, that there is no more block on JP. I can now connect again if I wanted to w/o the use of VPN, however, I am still waiting for the localization.

Just wanted to respond to this thread by saying, that I did attempt to reconnect this morning after months of no use, and was able to connect again. This is using Cox as my ISP. So yeah, I'm allowed...
