For single target, Form Scythe is far better than all other wand smacking options. Other good wands like Union/Astra/Austere/Aura are still probably the best for mobbing because Form Scythe loses out...

The affix for the fire one was fairly cheap (4-5m) so affixing ice wand is my next step. I've been too busy trying to collect 5% element boosts to use when austere is released.
