I could have sworn I came across some type of list that listed the rare monsters (like hildetorr) or even things such as tollaws, and also there was a sort of guide that said what quest had the most...

Pow>Dex+Mind, this means the if power is 100, dex is 20 and mind is 40 or something...
Your power needs to be higher than 60, as you add dex plus mind.
