What is this Growth System? I'm curious.

I think just adjusting the strength of Subclass abilities, or changing things to be more balanced across the classes would fix the issue.

I'm all for helping new players, but when there's literal legions of them all spamming "WHAT DO I DO NOW?" "HOW DO I LEVEL PAST 30?" "ENG PATCH WHEN?" it becomes a bit too much.
