When I update the english patch, I get an error saying... "An error happened while executing the current action1". What does this mean? I clicked on update for english patch and said download...

Did I do something wrong? My PSO2es doesn't seem to be translated in english even though I installed the english patch update. I noticed this when I first got on and first couple questions I got were...
