yeah stacking and hacked mags prevent rare drops, the rares have no effect though.

Actually I value spread higher, if you have a Cast/caseal type RA, its going to be one of your main weps. Froozer is nice, but if you can get a Snow queen and a Spread needle, do so.

Well I finally found it. PoM, ruins 3 off a Bringer, funny thing was, I stopped my hunt to go gain some levels, and it dropped XD.

S-rank by far, almost any special and unreduced as well. most GOOD specials on pso are reduced for normal shots. (aside from charge, zerk, and spirit)

dunno... but a bovn + h/battle stacks.. i belive... giving you an 80% boost to your speed.. with the excal and tellusis.. if all those stack you would have 100% speed boost... and yeah that would be...
