The reason with Phrase Weak is you're always going to use your strongest weapon on Raids right? aka Falz bosses, Persona etc who are always weak to Light which in turn is better to have that 2% kick...

those units definitely need some work, theres budget builds that offer better but if its you're first time or something, its somewhat understandable.

Obrisana series still isnt worth it even at 300pp, it might be decent at 250pp buts not worth the money and effort to bother with losing atk stats on your weapon and units, even if a miniscule amount...
