Get a class to 75, all your characters on that account will receive minor stat bonuses. getting multiple classes to 75 will stack, but getting the same class to 75 on multiple chars won't.

TL,DR; Your main element does 1.5x, enemies' weak element does 1.3x, unless you have 2 main elements and one of them is also enemies' weakness for 1.95x, you're fine spamming one element for all...

the skeletal force kit costs 44 points and the current maximum available sp points is 89, but unless those last 4 points are really important think 85 as your cap
