You cant use just any rifle / launcher. it must be the weapon listet. You can check it at bumped.org, right side, under client orders.

The new mamoth and panther souls give some def and hp, and of course ragne soul has also hp+ on it.

I've not seen many putting points in r-atk or ability.

Yes, in a party I don't tend to move much.
I jump and shoot with launcher for the AoE damage and sneak shot + weak bullet at bosses.
I can see that launchers benefit from this in the long run, 20%...
