Boulay Arl really isn't that rare, found 2 from the same crystal earlier in nab EQ, thats a total of 5 found. Its also super cheap to buy them and 50 ele.

With Susano palette swap incoming I think I'll be replacing Boulay Arl quicker than I thought.

I got Hatou 17 from Nove Mallidarl in Xmas EQ and Shunka 17 from Nab EQ not sure what dropped it though!.. Still searching for Endo, Kanran 17
