I want to say Gurren Tessen isn't that bad, but I still think the PP cost of the second part needs to be higher.

As someone who's used neither, gix sounds better for katanas simply because Katana braver almost never uses any other weapons and mate use isn't as important for a class who's survivability is based...

Personally, I'd wait and see how the Astra weapons are, and decide after. 14*s are a crapshoot and shouldn't be seriously considered yet.

Even without TPS mode if you jump over an enemy while using it you pretty much always hit them in the head.

Pan's trolling aside Gurren Tessen is good against bosses that move around a lot or that you want to stay in the air for.

No one mentioned losing 500 damage with Zanverse.

Considering it's one of the weapons with decrease PP cost and damage on it's latent, I'd say it's not really worth getting over invade, since at least you can turn invade into austare later.
