Hunters still got it good. The only disadvantage I see without maining hunter is that BR mains can access all Katana weapons and not just Sange/Bio and has invulnerability on Katana Combat.

Kazan Nadeshiko is like Over End. I use it when I'm free of aggro. I use it even on SH Falz Loser to chop off his arms.

As a hunter, I use WL to clump mobs together with Other Spin, allowing players to kill them in one blow. As for Over End, it really doesn't do anything special.
