You will need a second copy of your game and a second PSP (I believe) to convert data. Just did somebody on the forums. Most people here are trustworthy.

I think you have to download your code from the PSN store in the first place. So I believe you will be able to, I don't know. I never got a JPN PSN account to connect.

Yep, if you try to join a party where somebody has you blacklisted it gives you a PSN error.
