Yes this is part of AR code.

I'm not sure since I don't play online anymore but another person did confirmed that he hasn't got banned for taking SUKON online. SUKON has all tech so we'll find out if he get ban or not tomorrow.

The shop dupe is patched but that doesn't mean duping will stop. There are still other way by old method (old PSO version and USB Memory card).
