You are right. It has no element. It should cost even more because that is even less common to see these days.

No clue mate. Maybe 60-70 more attack would have been worth more than 2% against light weak enemies. Though to defend the rest of my choices I was mainly going for affixes that give more than one...

If he only cares about 14*s then he probably doesn't need to care about Vraolet.
